2 salmon fillets
4 tablespoons Classic Delectables Raspberry Jalapeno jam
fresh ground pepper
2 teaspoons olive oil
step 1 : Prepare and heat grill. In the winter, you can use a George Foreman grill on the counter.
step 2 : Rinse salmon, pat dry.
step 3 : Grind a bit of pepper on the filets according to your taste.
step 4 : Spread jam (about 2 T) on each filet.
step 5 : Brush filets lightly with olive oil.
step 6 : Place on grill. Grill 2-3 minutes per side. If using the George Foreman grill it is 3 minutes
total because it cooks both sides at once.
